Training and Advising on Labour Keys
The TALK project aimed, on one hand, to encourage discussion at EU level between trade unions, employers’ organisations and civil society organizations on the scope of corporate social responsibility and non-financial reporting. On the other hand, another objective of the project was to promote the involvement of workers and workers´ representatives in this field, through their empowerment in the framework of corporate sustainability reporting (CSR) disclosures by companies.
The final publication contains information on the analysis methods employed in the project as well as the results of the analysis of the companies from DAX 30, IBEX 35 and FTSE MIB on atypical work, gender equality and climate change. Furthermore, the result of the workshops, educational activities and transfer events on both national and european level are summarized.
